The Advanced Contract Management program is rules based allowing you to determine which contract volumes will be applied to what manifested loads and how to process volumes when the contract has either expired or all volumes have been extinguished.

Manifest/BOL Management

The PetroNet Manifest / BOL Program facilitate the interface of your companies manifest from multiple sources such as PetroEx as well as proprietary Terminal Automation Systems. Prior to the manifests being processed in the JDE system, the program performs blend and split processes as well as checks for duplicate transactions. These check points significantly reduce the number of credit and rebills associated with processing large volumes of manifests on a daily basis.

The PetroNet Petroleum Invoice process produces an invoice with all the required information such as gross and net gallons as well as the inclusion of tax, freight, and any special federal and state mandated messages required to print on the invoice.

The PetroNet Exchange Management Program processes exchanges between you and your exchange partners including unique exchange situations such as sell/buy/sell transactions. The Exchange Summary and Detail Reports provide you with all the information necessary to perform your end of month exchange balancing with your partners including reclassification of your products to the base product.
